The Death on the Table

Death is an inevitable fact in all of our lives. While we may not know when, where, or how it will happen, facing this reality shapes our lives. This thought can create fear and anxiety in some of us, while for others, it sparks the idea of living life more consciously and valuing it more.

Everyone has different beliefs, thoughts, and philosophies about death. For some, death marks the beginning of the next life, opening a door, while for others, it is the end of life. However, no matter what beliefs we hold, death will always be a part of our lives.

As Søren Kierkegaard said: "Death is recognized only in the way people think about it and how other people's deaths affect them." It evokes different emotional reactions in each of us.

The most important issue related to the thought of death on the table is about our own deaths. Death is a cruel reality for humans as finite beings. However, the fact that the end of life will come provides us with an opportunity to spend our time on valuable things and make our lives purposeful. This idea can help people become more conscious in their lives.
